Customer consultation
Once you contact us, our designers will assess your needs, share product manuals and case studies, and draft initial sketches. If you can provide architectural drawings, we’ll refine the design to meet your expectations.
Order Quotation
We’ll provide a detailed order quote based on the design, material costs, process complexity and order size, including product models, quantities, unit prices, timeline and payment terms.
Confirm Production
Once the order was confirmed, our technical team will compile precise product design drawings (including structural details, dimensional parameters, and accessory lists) for your final confirmation to avoid production deviations.
Production and Transportation
Our factory will carry out precise production and processing in accordance with the product design drawings confirmed by the customer. After production, the products will undergo performance tests. Only after passing the tests will they be packaged and transported to prevent damage during transportation.
Acceptance and After-sales Service
When the goods arrive at your designated address, you need to check the appearance, performance and installation quality of the doors and windows. After that, we will still provide after-sales guarantees, such as repairs and replacement of accessories within the warranty period.
